We wish to inform you that the 3rd meeting of 2022 of the Board of Directors of R Systems International Limited ('Company') is scheduled to be held on Friday, May 06, 2022 to inter-alia transact the following businesses: 1. To consider and approve the audited standalone financial results and the unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2022. 2. To approve the Annual Report for the financial year ended December 31, 2021 and to consider the date of 28th Annual General Meeting of the Company and other incidental matters. 3.
