SECT/06/2022/22 dated June 22, 2022 and as per applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'). We wish to inform you that the Members of the Company in the 28th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') held on June 20, 2022 approved the re-appointment of M/s. Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP ('DHS LLP' or 'Firm') as Statutory Auditors of the Company for the second term of 5 (five) years from the conclusion of 28th AGM till the conclusion of 33rd AGM of the Company.
