In continuation to our letter dated October 1st, 2022 regarding the proceedings of the 22nd Annual General Meeting (''''AGM'''') of RACE Eco Chain Limited, as per Regulation 30 and Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the ''''Listing Regulations''''), we submit the following:- (a) Voting results of the AGM held on September 30, 2022 through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM) - Annexure-1 and (b) Consolidated Scrutinizer''s Report on remote e-voting and e-voting at AGM pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 .
