In compliance with regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that Race Eco Chain Limited (the Company) has become the proposed allottee on 03rd April, 2023 by subscribing Rs. 43,50,000/- (Rupees Forty Three Lakhs Fifty Thousands only) warrants, convertible into Equity Shares of a Face Value Rs 5/- (Rupees Five Only) issued to the proposed allottee at a price of Rs. 13/- (Rupees Thirteen Only) constituting 20.71% in the paid-up share capital of Prime Industries Limited (the issuer), a Company Considering the issue and allotment of Equity Shares/ Share warrants by way of Preferential Allotment.
