| RACL Geartech Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 02/11/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Notice is hereby given that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of RACL Geartech Limited ('Company') is scheduled to be held through Physical/Electronic Mode on Monday, 2nd November, 2020 to, inter-alia, consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and half-year ended 30th September, 2020.<BR> <BR> Further, in continuation to our letter dated 1st October, 2020 regarding the intimation of closure of trading window pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from Thursday, 1st October, 2020 till the expiry of 48 (forty eight) hours after the announcement of aforesaid Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September, 2020. | |
