Tarun Kandhari and Co LLP, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration number: 006108C/N500042) Statutory Auditors of the Company have tendered their resignation vide their letter dated January 30, 2023 informing their inability to continue as the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
