| Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to the provision of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015, the Board in its duly convened Board Meeting held on 30th April, 2022 at 11:30 A.M. has decided that the corporate office of the company which is situated at 16/19-C, Civil Lines, Kanpur-208001, Uttar Pradesh would be closed w.e.f. closing hours of 30th April, 2022. However, this is further decided that company would operate now onwards, from its other Business Establishment as a Corporate Office which is situated at 361, Vill. Gaur Pathak, Teh. Bhognipur, Ramabai Nagar, Kanpur Dehat-209111, Uttar Pradesh. Kindly update the same in your records. | |
