This is in continuation to our announcement submitted to the Exchanges on 17th March, 2023 regarding appointment of Mr. A.K. Khandelwal, Principal Executive Director (GS), Railway Board (DIN: 10085277) as Part-time Government Director on the Board of Rail Vikas Nigam Limited. ln this regard, it is to inform that in accordance with applicable provisions of Companies Act, 2013, the Board of Directors of RVNL has approved the appointment of Mr. A.K. Khandelwal (DIN: 10085277) as Additional Director w.e.f. 27th March, 2023 (date of allotment of DIN).
