Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and "The Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), it is hereby notified that the Trading Window for dealing in shares of RVNL would remain closed, for all "Designated persons/Insiders" and their immediate relatives, from Saturday, 1st April, 2023 till expiry of 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of the financial results for the Quarter / Year ended 31st March, 2023, with Stock Exchanges.
