Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that the Ministry of Railways, Government of India vide letter No. 2022/PL/57/10 dated 19/09/2022 (received on 20/09/2022) has conveyed the appointment of Shri Vikas Kumar Jain, Executive Director/GS (Civil)-I, Railway Board as Part-time Govt. Director on the Board of RailTel Corporation of India Limited. Thus, Shri Vikas Kumar Jain would be the Part-time Govt. Nominee Director on the Board of the Company w.e.f. 19/09/2022.
