Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that the Ministry of Railways, Government of India vide letter No. 2022/E(O)II/40/3 dated 23/09/2022 has conveyed the appointment of Shri Sanjai Kumar, Director (Networking, Planning & Marketing) as Chairman & Managing Director of RailTel Corporation of India Limited. Accordingly, Shri Sanjai Kumar has assumed the charge of the post of Chairman & Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. 23/09/2022 (A/N). Thus, Shri Sanjai Kumar would be the Chairman & Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. 23/09/2022 (A/N) vice Smt. Aruna Singh.
