Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that in terms of appointment Order No. 2015/E(O)II/40/27 dated 03/09/2019 issued by the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, the tenure of Shri Anand Kumar Singh (DIN: 07018776), Director (Finance) of RailTel Corporation of India Limited (''''RailTel" / "the Company'''') has completed on 30/09/2022. Accordingly, he ceased to be Director (Finance) and Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. 01/10/2022.
