| Further to our letter dated February 28, 2020 in relation to the scheduled date for the 45th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company to be held on Tuesday, the May 12, 2020 at 11 A.M. at KLN Prasad Auditorium, The Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FTCCI), Red Hills, Hyderabad - 500 004, Telangana State, India, we bring to your kind notice that as per the orders and directions issued by the Government of India and respective State Governments for the nationwide lockdown to prevent the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), the Board of Directors of the Company, vide Circular Resolution dated 31st March, 2020, have decided to postpone the 45th AGM of the Company scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the May 12, 2020. <BR> <BR> The revised date for the 45th AGM of the Company shall be decided in due course by the Board of Directors of the Company and same shall be informed to the Stock Exchanges.<BR> <BR> This is for your information and record.<BR> <BR> | |
