| Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015, this is to inform you that Dr. Rohit Manipal Bhojaraj, Group Chief Operating Officer, has tendered his resignation owing to personal reasons, the company has accepted his resignation, which will be effective from close of business hours on June 15, 2022. The handing over process is underway and the company has already initiated the process to identify a replacement. In the interim, till a replacement assumes the role, Dr. Ramesh Kancharla, Chairman and Managing Director and Dr. Dinesh Kumar Chirla, Whole Time Director, would be handling the responsibilities of the Group Chief Operating Officer and there would be no disruption in the functioning of the organization.
