Re-appointment and payment of Remuneration to Mr. Gajraj Jain (DIN: 01182117) as the Managing Director of the Company<BR> 3. the variation in terms w.r.t redemption of Non-Convertible Redeemable Cumulative Preference Shares (NCRCPS)<BR> 4.
