RAJA BAHADUR INTERNATIONAL LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/08/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 (1) & (2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we hereby inform you that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be convened on Saturday, August 13, 2022, to interalia, consider and approve the followings : 1. Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2022.
