Pursuant to Company's Code of Conduct for Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, Notice is hereby given that the Trading Window for dealing in the Company's securities will remain closed from Friday, January 01, 2021 till closure of 48 hours after the date of board meeting where interalia, the approval of Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter ended December 31, 2020 would be considered.<BR> <BR> Accordingly, Directors/Officers/ Designated Employees/ Related Parties/ Other Designated Persons of the Company and their dependant family members are now prohibited from trading in the Company's securities during the period of closure of Trading Window as stated above.
