The 39th Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, December 26, 2020 at 03:00 p.m. through video Conferencing (VC)/other Audio visual Means (OAVM). <BR> <BR> The Notice calling Annual General Meeting and Annual Report for the year 2019- 2020 has been uploaded on the website of the Company, www.rajdarshanindustrieslimited.com <BR> <BR> Further to this, pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015, the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, December 19, 2020 to Saturday, December 26, 2020 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.<BR> <BR> Kindly take the information on record. <BR>
