Further, as per the Code of Fair Disclosure and Code of Conduct pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will remain closed from August 10, 2022 to August 13, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the directors / officers / designated employees of the Company. | |
