Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2022.<BR><BR>2. Recommendation of dividend, if any, on the equity shares for the financial year ended on March 31, 2022.<BR><BR>With reference to the Company''s letter dated March 29, 2022, the trading window under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 has been closed since April 01, 2022 till 48 hours after the results are made public on May 23, 2022.
