RAMA PAPER MILLS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/08/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. The Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended as on 30th June, 2022. 2. Any other matter as permitted by the Chair. Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company are closed for all directors/ officers/ designated employees of the Company with immediate effect and will open 24 hours after the announcement of financial results for the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended as on 30th June, 2022.
