In terms of the provisions of the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 we wish to inform that the Board Meeting of the Company held today have recorded and approved the following matters:<BR> 1.The Company has posted Profit from operations before exceptional items and extra ordinary items of Rs. 1536.72 lacs and net profit of Rs. 1129.82 lacs for the quarter ended September 30, 2020 as compared to Rs. 458.77 lacs and Rs. 277.95 lacs respectively for the quarter ended September 30, 2019. Further, the Company has posted Profit from operations before exceptional items and extra ordinary items of Rs. 2438.55 lacs and net profit of Rs. 1786.67 lacs for the half year ended September 30, 2020 as compared to Rs. 809.81 lacs and Rs. 835.32 lacs respectively for the half ended September 30, 2019.<BR> 2.Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020 along with Limited Review Report issued by Statutory Auditors.
