Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and Company''s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, we wish to inform that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed from 1st April, 2023. The trading window would be opened only after the expiry of 48 hours after the date on which Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2023, are declared and communicated to the Stock Exchange.
