The Board of Directors in its Meeting held today (July 26, 2022), approved the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2022. 1) Pursuant to Regulation 33(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI LODR'), we enclose the following, duly reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors: ? Standalone and Consolidated Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2022. ? Limited Review Report from the Statutory Auditors on the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2022. ?
