To take Note of the Statutory Auditor's Limited Review Report on Financial Statements (Standalone & Consolidated) for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2024. 3. To approve the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2023-24 along with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held in the Calendar Year 2024.
