We hereby enclose copies of the notice to shareholders of the Company published on January 14, 2023, in the newspapers, viz., 'Business Standard' (English) and 'Hindu Tamizh Thisai' (Regional language) published. The notice to shareholders is in respect of the proposed transfer of equity shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPF), in accordance with Rule 6 of the IEPF Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 and amendments thereof. We request you to take the above on record and note the compliance under relevant provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI LODR).
