We refer to our above mentioned letter regarding Postal Ballot notice dated February 07, 2023. The special resolution for appointment and remuneration of Dr. Rajkumar Swaminathan, President as Manager under the Companies Act, 2013 as set out in the said notice, has been approved with requisite majority by the members on March 12, 2023 (being the last date for e-voting). ln this regard, we submit the Scrutinizer''s report dated March 13, 2023 on the Postal Ballot/e-voting.
