We hereby inform that pursuant to transfer of services within the Rane Group, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today (November 02, 2021) have inter alia, based on the recommendations of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and approval of Audit Committee, appointed Mr. MAP Sridhar Kumar, as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company effective February 01, 2022 and noted the transfer of Mr. J Ananth effective closure of business hours on January 31, 2022. <BR> <BR> The disclosures pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) are enclosed.<BR>
