| RANE (MADRAS) LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/01/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (standalone & consolidated) for the quarter and nine-months ending December 31, 2021. Further, in accordance with Rane''s lnsider code to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the ''Trading window'' would remain closed for Promoters, Directors, other connected persons and designated employees of the company from December 31, 2021 to January 26, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of considering the Unaudited Financial Results (standalone & consolidated) for the quarter and nine-months ending December 31, 2021.
