Further, in accordance with the Rane''s insider Code to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the ''Trading Window'' continues to remain closed for Promoters, Directors, other connected persons and designated employees of the Company from March 31, 2022 to May 22, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of considering the Audited Financial Results (standalone & consolidated) for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2022.
