| RANE (MADRAS) LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 21/07/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (standalone & consolidated) for the quarter ending June 30, 2022. Further, in accordance with Rane''s lnsider code to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the ''Trading window'' would remain closed for Promoters, Directors, other connected persons and designated employees of the company from June 30, 2022 to July 23, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of considering the Unaudited Financial Results (standalone & consolidated) for the quarter ending June 30, 2022.
