With reference to our earlier letter dated January 4, 2022 and pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, post completion of all the formalities by the Shareholder and after verification of the documents, the Company has issued duplicate share certificate in lieu of old share certificates to Kushal Jain and Bherulal Jain aggregating to 335 Equity Shares of face value of Rs.2/- each. Pursuant to SEBI Circular No.SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RT AMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022, the Company / Registrar and Share Transfer Agent shall issue ''Letter of Confirmation'' to the Shareholders.
