| Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, we wish to inform the Exchange that consequent to exercise by RR Infralands Private Limited ('RRIPL'), a Promoter entity, of its right to convert, 43,03,24,169 (Forty Three Crore Three Lakh Twenty Four Thousand One Hundred And Sixty Nine) Compulsorily Convertible Debentures ('CCDs'), held by it in the Company, into underlying equity shares of face value INR 10 each, the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. on February 11, 2021, approved the issuance and allotment of an aggregate of 43,03,24,169 (Forty Three Crore Three Lakh Twenty Four Thousand One Hundred And Sixty Nine) fully paid up equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each, at par, in the Company, in favour of RRIPL, against the converted CCDs. | |
