Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the petition filed by the Company under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Reconciliation Act, 1996, before the Hon''ble High Court of Delhi, against the interim arbitral award dated 27/07/2017 by an Arbitral Tribunal, has been dismissed by the Single Bench of Hon''ble High Court of Delhi and the copy of the said order was received by the Company on March 11, 2025.
The Company is filing an appeal against the said order before the Division Bench of the Hon''ble High Court of Delhi.
