In reference to the Clarification regarding trading restriction period issued by BSE vide its Letter Ref. No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02nd April 2019 and as per the company's Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders, the 'Trading Window' for trading in the securities of the Company will remain closed with effect i.e. from Friday, 1st April 2022 and shall be re-open after expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2022. Further, the date of Board Meeting for consideration of the financial results for the Quarter and year ended 31st March 2022 will be intimated in due course.
