| In continuation to our letter dated January 29, 2021 and pursuant to Regulations 30 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI LODR Regulations"), we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held today, i.e. Friday, February 05, 2021, inter-alia, considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company (which have been subjected to Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2020. The same were also reviewed by the Audit Committee in its meeting held earlier on February 05, 2021.
