| Ravinder Heights Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/11/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 , a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at New Delhi, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021. <BR> Further, pursuant to Regulation 46(2) of the SEBI LODR Regulations, notice of the said meeting is also being uploaded on the website of the Company. <BR> Further, the Trading Window pursuant to the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed in accordance with SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, we would like to inform that in view of Board Meeting fixed for November 10, 2021, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons of the Company till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results and the same will re-open thereafter.<BR> <BR> <BR> | |
