This is to inform you that in terms of Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons ('Code of Conduct') framed in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, the Trading Window for dealing in the Shares of the Company, shall remain closed with effect from Thursday, 1st October, 2020 till the end of 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the 2nd Quarter ended 30th September, 2020.<BR> <BR> Accordingly, all connected persons/Designated persons/insiders, including but not limited to the persons specified in the Code of Conduct are advised not to trade in the Shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of trading window.<BR> <BR> The date of Board Meeting of the Company to consider and approve, inter alia, the Un-audited Financial<BR> Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th September, 2020 shall be intimated separately in due course.<BR> <BR>
