Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and as per BSE circular LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019, we hereby would like to inform that the trading window shall remain close from Sunday, i.e. 1st January, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended December 31, 2022. The designated persons and their immediate relatives will not trade in securities when trading window is closed.
