Pursuant to Ministry of Power''s Office Order No. 46/8/2015-RE [227696] dated September 7, 2021 (copy enclosed), Shri Vishal Kapoor (DIN: 08700132), Joint Secretary, Ministry of Power has been appointed as Government Nominee Director on the Board of REC Limited with immediate effect and until further orders vice Shri Tanmay Kumar, Joint Secretary, who was nominated on the Board of REC Limited vide Office Order No. 46/8/2015-RE [227696] dated November 5, 2020. Further, Shri Vishal Kapoor is not inter-se related to any other Director of the Company.<BR> <BR> Further, Shri Vishal Kapoor is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI Order or any other such authority.
