| This has reference to our intimation dated December 7, 2021 regarding the initiation of corporate insolvency resolution process ("CIRP") in the case of Reliance Capital Limited ("the Company") under Section 227 read with clause (zk) of sub-section (2) of Section 239 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (Code) and Rules 5 and 6 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy (Insolvency and Liquidation Proceedings of Financial Service Providers and Application to Adjudication Authority) Rules, 2019 ("FSP Insolvency Rules"). The Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai, vide its order dated June 2, 2022 in IA 1240/2022 of CP(IB)1231/MB/2021, extended the timeline for completion of CIRP by a period of 90 days i.e. till September 2, 2022. The copy of the said order is attached herewith. Kindly take the same on records. | |
