Further to our letter dated May 19, 2025, and pursuant to Regulation 30, 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose herewith the Audited Integrated Financial Results for the quarter and Year ended on March 31, 2025, along with Independent Auditors' Limited Review Report submitted by Statutory Auditors of the Company.
The above financial results were approved by the Board of Directors (the 'Board') of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. on May 22, 2025. The meeting of the Board commenced at 03:30 P.M. and concluded at 06:40 P.M.
