| Dear Sir(s), The Resolution Professional of the Company has duly filed the resolution plan as approved by the CoC with the Hon'ble NCLT, Ahmedabad Bench on 24th March, 2022. We would like to inform that the matter was first come up on board on 30" March, 2022 and thereafter matter was adjourned many times by NCLT and the hearing was scheduled before the Hon'ble NCLT, Ahmedabad Bench on 6th September, 2022. The hearing has now been scheduled on 12th September, 2022 (as available on the website of NCLT i.e. www.nclt.gov.in) for considering/reviewing the Resolution Plan by the Hon'ble NCLT, Ahmedabad Bench.
