This is to hereby inform you that Shri T.Karunakaran (DIN 09280701) has vide letter dated 23rd August, 2022 tendered his resignation (enclosed as Annexure-1) as a Wholetime Director of the Company in accordance with the decision of the shareholders taken in the 22nd Annual general meeting held on 22nd August, 2022 and his resignation shall be effective from the conclusion of 22nd Annual general meeting. There is no material reason for his resignation other than cited herein.
