| In reference to our earlier letter dated November 1, 2022 and pursuant to the aforesaid Regulations, we request you to note that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. on Friday, November 11, 2022 ('said meeting'), has inter-alia considered and approved Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2022 ('Unaudited Financial Results'). In view of the aforesaid, please find enclosed herewith: a) Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors; and b) Unaudited Financial Results The said meeting commenced at 1:00 p.m. and concluded at 3:30 p.m. The outcome of said meeting is also being uploaded on the Company''s website i.e. www.burgerking.in. | |
