Retaggio Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 15/05/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026.
2. To note and take on record the Auditor's Report on the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2025.
3. Appointment of Mr. Vinay Kumar Yadav, as the Internal Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2026-27.
4. To consider any other business with the permission of the Chair.
