Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of RHI Magnesita India Limited is scheduled to be held on Friday, 27 May 2022, inter alia to: (i) approve and take on record the audited consolidated & standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and twelve months ended 31 March 2022; and (ii) consider recommendation of final dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended 31 March 2022, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing 12th Annual General Meeting.
