Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and in compliance with the terms of Code of Conduct, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 1st April, 2021 and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ending 31st March, 2021 to the public.<BR> <BR> Accordingly all designated persons and immediate relatives of the Company have been advised not to trade in the Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.<BR> <BR> Further, the date of the Board Meeting of the Company for announcement/declaration to the Stock Exchange of Standalone Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ending 31st March, 2021 will be intimated in due course.<BR>
