We hereby inform you that the Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March, 2021 was submitted to BSE Ltd. on 31st May, 2021. However due to inadvertence, the amount of paid-up equity share capital for the quarter and financial year ended on 31.03.2020 was mentioned as Rs. 713.30 Lakhs instead of Rs. 712.97 Lakhs. Therefore, the same shall be read as Rs. 712.97 Lakhs. <BR> <BR> The revised consolidated financial results are enclosed herewith.<BR> <BR> Please take the same on your records.<BR>
