| In compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. 26th May, 2023, inter alia, have recommended a dividend of Rs 1.50/- (i.e. @ 15 %) per Equity share of Rs. 10/- each, for the Financial Year 2022-23, subject to the approval of shareholders at the 54th Annual General Meeting of the Company. The said final dividend shall be paid to all the eligible shareholders within 30 days from the date of approval by the shareholders at the 54th Annual General Meeting of the Company. Kindly take the same on record and acknowledge the receipt for the same. | |
